These Terms govern your use of KashiVeda (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service
KashiVeda is a platform to book Vedic rituals with pandits, generate astrology charts and reports, and access learning content. We connect devotees with independent pandits; the pandit performs the ritual you book.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to transact.
3. Bookings & payments
- Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. We charge a platform fee included in the price.
- Scheduling depends on pandit availability; we will help re-schedule where possible.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Astrology & content disclaimer
Astrology charts, panchang, reports and course content are provided for guidance, cultural and spiritual purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. You rely on them at your own discretion.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing activity, and no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access.
6. Pandits & reviews
Pandits are independent providers, subject to verification. Reviews must be genuine and based on a real booking. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content and branding are owned by KashiVeda or its licensors. Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KashiVeda is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [jurisdiction] having jurisdiction.
