Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be comfortable booking on KashiVeda. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for rituals, astrology reports and courses.
Template notice: adjust the windows/percentages to your business and have a lawyer review before production use.
Ritual bookings
- Before the pandit is assigned / before fulfilment begins: cancel from My Bookings for a full refund of the amount paid.
- After scheduling but more than [24 hours] before the ceremony: refund of the amount paid less any non-recoverable costs (e.g. samagri already procured).
- Within [24 hours] of the ceremony or after it has begun: generally non-refundable, as the pandit and materials are committed.
- If the pandit cannot perform a confirmed booking: full refund or free re-scheduling, your choice.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within [5–7] business days.
Astrology reports
Expert-written reports are prepared specifically for you. They can be cancelled for a full refund before work begins; once delivered they are non-refundable, except where the delivered report is materially defective.
Courses
Course access can be refunded within [7 days] of purchase provided no more than [20%] of the lessons have been completed and no certificate has been issued.

Use Cancel in the app where available, or email support@kashiveda.org with your booking ID. We aim to respond within [2] business days.
